Adding a New Certification

On successful completion of this lesson, students will understand how to update certification details for customers who currently hold PADI certifications that are not yet in the EVE database.
Lesson
If you want to update the EVE database with certification details for customers who currently hold PADI certifications that are not yet in the EVE database:
Click ‘New’ next to Certifications:
The ‘New Certification’ dialogue box will open:
- Add the Customer Name (Required)
- Add the Course Type (Required)
- Select the Certification Date
- Add the Certification Number
For these certifications where you are adding pre-existing certification records for your customers, make sure the “Do Not Upload” option is selected on the PIC OnLine tab:
